About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Caulker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper sealing and insulation of windows in residential and commercial buildings. Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift, Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Apply caulking materials to windows to ensure proper sealing and insulation.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing old caulking or debris before applying new sealant.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas that require caulking or re-caulking and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Select and use appropriate caulking materials based on the type of window, weather conditions, and building specifications.
• Operate and maintain caulking tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2 years+ experience as a Window Caulker or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and proficiency in using caulking tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and provide status updates.
• Prior experience working with Bosun chair is a must.
